The widget is a simple way to connect the AI assistant to your company's website.
Just insert a short code before the closing </body> — and a chat window will appear in the lower right corner where visitors can communicate with the assistant.
That's it. No additional settings on the website are needed.
The widget uses an already trained AI assistant. It doesn't need to set up separate scenarios for the site — it uses the same memory and knowledge base as in Telegram.
In the lower right corner of the screen is the familiar chat window:
All messages from the widget are immediately sent to:
You can see everything happening in the chat and connect to the dialogue if necessary.
The widget can be configured for authorization through a personal Telegram bot. The visitor enters the site, authorizes via Telegram — and the assistant already knows who is in front of them, whether there is a history of inquiries, and what information is already known about the client.
The widget supports customization:
Essentially, this is a familiar model — like popular chat services for websites (Tidio, Jivo, LiveChat), but instead of an operator, the AI assistant trained for your business responds.
When a visitor writes in the widget, a response can be given on behalf of the bot — directly from the dashboard.
It works just like in a Telegram bot: when the user writes, you can connect to the dialogue and respond as the assistant. The client sees no difference — for them, the communication is with the same employee.

Widgets are available with the "Entrepreneurial" subscription and higher.

The widget for the website is a way to "place" the AI assistant where your clients are: on the services page, in the blog, on the landing page, or in the corporate portal.
One employee — one knowledge base — works in both Telegram and on the website.
