📬 Requests: ready-made responses

The 📬 Requests button in a ready-made response is designed to collect contacts, feedback, and requests from clients directly from the message.

When a client clicks the button, their data (name, phone, email, question) is sent to you in Telegram or CRM. No forms, no third-party services.

What is this button

When you edit a ready-made response, clicking 📬 Requests opens the data collection setup.

You can enable the collection of one or more fields:

  • name;
  • phone number;
  • email;
  • arbitrary text (question, comment).

Once the client submits the data, it arrives in Telegram as a request: who wrote, what they want, and when they responded.

Why this is important for business

Collecting requests through a button in a ready-made response addresses several problems:

  • Clients don’t need to find a form — they simply click the button;
  • No third-party services — data comes directly to Telegram;
  • Requests are not lost — they are tied to a specific dialogue;
  • You can immediately see who responded — name, contact, question.

This is especially convenient when the ready-made response sells or offers something, and the client needs to leave their contact with one click.

When to use it

  • Consultation: “Leave your phone, we will call you back” — 📬 Requests button.
  • Price list: “Send a request, and we’ll send you prices” — collect email.
  • Service booking: “Specify a convenient time, and we’ll confirm” — collect name and phone.
  • Feedback: “Write your question or feedback” — arbitrary text.
  • Free material: “Leave your email to receive the guide” — collect email.

How to use it step by step

  1. Open the desired ready-made response.
  2. Click 📬 Requests.
  3. Choose which fields to collect: name, phone, email, text.
  4. Specify where to send the notification (to personal Telegram or chat).
  5. Save the settings.
  6. Check: send yourself the ready-made response and click the button.

Example

A handmade shop sends a ready-made response titled “🎁 Custom Order.” Inside the message is a description of the service and the 📬 Requests button.

The client clicks, enters their name and a description of the desired item. The request arrives at the seller in Telegram with the text: “Name: Anna. Description: I want a wool sweater with reindeer, size M.” The seller replies immediately, without losing the context.

Important nuances

  • Requests come to Telegram, not to CRM — for automatic recording in CRM, integration is needed.
  • If there are too many fields, the client may not fill them all — it’s better to collect 1–3 fields.
  • Do not ask for data that is not needed for the next step.
  • Data is stored in the dialogue — be mindful of privacy policies if collecting personal data.

Main point

The 📬 Requests button transforms a ready-made response from just information into a contact collection point. Clients do not need to find a form or write a separate message — they click the button, and the request is already with you.
