A neuroemployee is not just a bot and not a one-time setup. It is a virtual employee that a business hires under a contract, trains for its tasks, and pays for its work as a "salary."
The client has two main options: select a ready-made neuroemployee from the catalog or build their own for a specific company and task.
If the task is already clear, you can go to the catalog of neuroemployees and choose a suitable candidate:
Open the neuroemployee catalog
This option is suitable when the client has a rough idea of who they need:
The catalog helps quickly orient and choose a starting role.
If the task is individual, you can fill out a form:
The form will have a questionnaire of about 12 questions. Based on the answers, the neuroassistant analyzes the client's company, task, context, and offers several employees to choose from, along with options for further work.
This is convenient when the client does not yet know the exact role but understands the business pain: many messages, manual support, chaos in CRM, lack of content, weak application processing, or another repetitive task.
After the catalog or form, a call is scheduled.
During the call, the following will be discussed:
The main goal of the call is to understand what work the neuroemployee should actually perform and what conditions are important for launch.
After the call, the client receives a commercial offer within 24 hours.
It is available only for 24 hours because the conditions, resources, and launch window are fixed for a limited time.
If everything suits the client, they replenish the budget, after which the development and setup of the neuroemployee begins.
Usually, the opportunity to test the neuroemployee arises immediately after the initial setup.
The client's task is to conduct tests and ensure that the agent works with the necessary logic:
If something needs to be replaced or corrected, the client must submit changes in written form and preferably with screenshots. This makes it easier to understand the problem accurately and implement changes faster.
More details: how to check the neuroemployee before launching.
After testing, the neuroemployee is launched into work.
Then the developer provides support: fixes bugs, helps update instructions, adds necessary functions, and ensures that the employee continues to fulfill their duties.
The client's task is to timely pay the "salary" to the neuroemployee according to the contract.
The payment format can vary:
During the work process, a new task may arise: connecting a function, changing the scenario, adding integration, expanding responsibilities, or enhancing the neuroemployee.
In such a case, several options are offered for how this can be accomplished.
Most often, the simplest and most effective way is to increase the "salary" of the neuroemployee, i.e., raise the available budget for their work and capabilities.
The client has a separate admin panel where they can control expenses and manage the budget:
The neuroemployee does not remain static.
Over time, they better understand the company's work, internal processes, common questions, rules, and expectations. Because of this, they can take on more responsibility and perform tasks more accurately.
This is similar to an ordinary employee: first, they get into the context, then they adapt to the processes, and then they begin to work more confidently.
The NEUROEMPLOYEE model is built around a simple idea: a business hires a virtual employee under a contract, pays for their work, and the employee performs tasks according to the instructions.
This is not magic or "a neural network for everything." It is a working role, responsibilities, budget, testing, support, and gradual development of the employee within the company.
