Calls

Calls is a feature of the neuroassistant that helps record video meetings: it connects to the call, records the conversation, saves the video, and prepares a text transcription.

After the meeting, participants do not need to manually review the recording, remember agreements, or search for who said what. The bot sends the files directly to Telegram: the call recording and the text transcription.

Why it is needed

Decisions are often made, tasks are distributed, and important details are discussed during calls. However, some information is lost after the meeting:

• someone did not record a task;
• an important thought remained only in the conversation;
• a participant missed the meeting;
• it is necessary to return to a fragment of the dialogue;
• the manager needs a brief summary;
• the team needs a single source of agreements.

The "Calls" function helps turn the meeting into materials that can be further worked on: video, text, analysis, tasks, and summaries.

Before the call

1. Copy the meeting link

First, you need to copy the link to the video call that the neuroassistant will connect to.

2. Send the link to the bot

Send the link to the bot @aiworkersbot and click confirm ✅.

3. Allow the neuroassistant to connect

Return to the call and allow the participant "NEUROASSISTANT" to join the meeting.

During the call

While the neuroassistant is in the meeting, it records the video and tracks the flow of conversation: who, when, and what was said.

If the neuroassistant is no longer needed, it can be disconnected just like any other participant in the meeting: press the "kick out" button or end the call.

After the call

After the meeting is over, the bot will send two files:

• *.mp4 — video recording of the call;
• *.txt — text transcription of the conversation.

The recording can be forwarded to participants of the video meeting using the corresponding button or you can choose the method for analyzing and processing the files.

What can be done with the meeting materials

After the call, the recording and transcription can be used further:

• forward to participants;
• create a brief summary;
• highlight decisions;
• gather tasks;
• find an important fragment;
• prepare a report;
• analyze the conversation with a client;
• save agreements in the workflow;
• prepare voiced material or a presentation if the function Voice of the neuroassistant is enabled.

This is especially useful when there are many meetings and manually keeping a record is inconvenient.
