🌐 Translations: Ready Replies

The 🌐 Translations button in a ready reply allows you to set up a single version of a message in multiple languages.

When a client writes in their language, the bot automatically shows them the appropriate version of the reply.

What is this button

When you click on 🌐 Translations, the editor for language versions of the current ready reply opens.

You can add a translation into the desired language: write the text manually or trust the translation to a neural assistant. The ready reply will have a base version (in the language you wrote it) and additional language versions.

The client will see the language in which they write or the language selected by the team using /lang.

Why this matters for business

  • International support: clients from different countries receive replies in their language without the need for a translator.
  • One scenario — many languages: just write the reply once and add translations.
  • Audience speaks different languages: the bot automatically detects the language and selects the reply.
  • No need to copy replies for each language: all logic is in one place.

When to use

  • Support in two languages: Russian + English for tourism businesses.
  • CIS audience: Russian + Ukrainian, Kazakh, Uzbek.
  • International product: replies in English, Spanish, Arabic for clients from different countries.
  • Tourism business: hotels or tours with guests from various countries.
  • Digital product: user support from all over the world.

Step-by-step usage

  1. Open the ready reply.
  2. Click on 🌐 Translations.
  3. Click "Add language" and select the desired one.
  4. Write the translation text or use automatic translation.
  5. Repeat for each needed language.
  6. Save and check: write to the bot in another language.

Example

A hotel booking service answers questions in Russian and English.

The ready reply “🏨 Booking Conditions” is translated into English. A client from Germany writes in English — they receive the English version of the reply. A client from Kazakhstan writes in Russian — they see the Russian version. One reply, two languages, no confusion.

Important nuances

  • Automatic translation may be inaccurate with specific terms.
  • For legal and financial formulations, it's better to write the translation manually or check it.
  • If there is no translation in the required language, the bot shows the base version of the reply.
  • Not all languages are supported equally well — for rare languages, it's best to check the quality.

Key point

The 🌐 Translations feature allows a single ready reply to work in multiple languages. The client receives a reply in their language, and businesses do not need to duplicate scenarios for each language audience.
