The “⏱ Timer” button is used to send another message after a specified amount of time following the current ready reply.
This allows for the construction of message chains: first, the person receives the initial material, then a clarification after a minute, a reminder after an hour, and the next step after a day.
When a user clicks the “Timer”, the bot offers to choose:
Time hints:
0 — send immediately;1 — in 1 minute;60 — in 1 hour;1440 — in 24 hours;43200 — in about a month.Place for a screenshot
You can add a screenshot from the bot with the selection of a message and time hints: 0, 1, 60, 1440, 43200.
The timer helps to remember upcoming touchpoints with the client.
Without the timer, the manager needs to manually remember who and when to send a follow-up to. With the timer, the system does this automatically.
This is useful for:
The timer should be used when the message should not arrive immediately but is important to send at the right moment.
For example:
There is a button “Edit Timer” in the menu.
It works on a similar logic to editing buttons: you can manually change the structure in JSON format.
This is convenient if you need to:
If you need to add one simple timer, it’s better to use the regular interface. JSON is for more precise and bulk adjustments.
You can also reset all timed replies.
This removes the associated delayed messages from the current ready reply.
Before resetting, it’s better to check whether the message is being used in an active funnel. Otherwise, the client may receive the first message but not get the planned continuation.
A person receives the first lesson immediately, the second — after a day, the third — another day later. This allows for gradual training without overwhelming the user.
The client left an application, received a confirmation, and after 30 minutes, they get a message: “If you want to speed up the processing, please answer a couple of questions.”
Initially, the person gets value, then after an hour — an example of the result, and later — an offer to purchase extended material.
After payment, the bot can immediately provide the material and send an instruction after a day: “Where to start” or “What to do if it didn't work.”
“Timer” allows you to send messages not manually, but on time.
This transforms ready replies into chains: training, warming ups, reminders, client support, and automatic issuance of next steps.
