A step-by-step guide—from the first link to the first call without no-shows.
Go to settings: ai.knopka.click/calendar
If you are not logged in yet—sign in through Telegram. The calendar page will open automatically.
On the settings page, you will see the toggle “Enable Calendar.” Turn it on.
Immediately after this, all other settings will become available.
The calendar has two operating modes:
| Mode | What it does |
|---|---|
| 📅 Booking | The client selects an available slot and books a meeting |
| 📬 Subscription | The client subscribes to your public calendar and sees all your events |
For most tasks, the first one—booking—is needed.
Choose which calendar the service will sync with:
The system will pull your calendar availability and show clients only the free slots.
Set up the meeting place. You can specify anything:
The location can be changed for different types of meetings.
Enable the “Confirmation in Telegram” option—this is a key feature.
How it works:
A cold lead turns into a dialogue in the messenger in 10 seconds.
Recommended three touchpoints:
| When | Channel | What is sent |
|---|---|---|
| 24 hours before | Telegram | “Tomorrow we have a meeting at 3:00 PM, is everything confirmed?” |
| 3 hours before | Telegram | “In 3 hours, we have a call, link: ...” |
| 15 minutes before | Telegram | “We are starting in 15 minutes. Waiting!” |
Cascading reminders significantly reduce the number of no-shows. Three signals make it almost impossible to forget.
After saving the settings, the system will create your personal booking link.
You will receive three formats of the same page:
📱 Web page: https://book.knopka.click/your_calendar — can be sent on social networks, on the website, in email newsletters
🤖 Telegram Mini App: https://t.me/aiworkersbot/calendar?startapp=u_your_calendar — opens directly in Telegram, the client does not leave the app
📲 Personal bot: https://t.me/your_bot/calendar — if you have your own channel or bot
Now instead of “when is convenient for you?” just send the link. The client will choose the time, receive reminders—and will come.
Bonus: if the client has already had a dialogue with your neural colleague, they will suggest booking when they see interest.
The calendar collects analytics:
All of this is available in the control panel.
For consultations and coaching: Create 2-3 types of meetings with different durations and prices. Each should have its own location (Telegram or Google Meet).
For sales: One link for a demo call. Telegram confirmation is a must: you will get the contact immediately after booking.
For blogs and streams: Public calendar—subscribers see when the next stream is and book themselves.
Setting it up takes 5 minutes. After that, you will have a personal booking page that works without registration, without unnecessary fields—and with full integration into Telegram.
